Do you wonder if 401k's are a smart idea?
Your money can go with you, job to job
One of the reasons why plans like 401(k)s have become so popular is that they are portable: generally speaking, you can take them from job to job (with some exceptions). If you decide to change jobs, you have three options for your contributions:
You can roll your eligible rollover assets to and from 401(k), 403(b) and governmental 457(b) plans, provided your new employer's plan accepts these rollovers.
Seb 401K Tips:
Do I have to pay the 10 percent early withdrawal penalty when I take a hardship withdrawal?
Most likely. If you withdraw pre-tax money from your account before age 59½, you may owe a 10 percent early withdrawal penalty depending on your circumstances unless you qualify for an exception to this rule.
Important Terms:

as 401(k) Easy, there's immense investment selection as well as many variable features you
choose among to customize your 401k plan to the needs of your company and its employees.
